   - After the one-week period has elapsed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

   - Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original payment method within a 3-4 working days. 

4. Exchange Process:
   - To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe.
   - Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with an exchange authorization number.
   - You can choose a different product of equal or lesser value as a replacement for the returned item. If the chosen product has a higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference.
   - Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will ship the exchanged item to you within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Exceptions:
   - Personalized or customized products cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
   - Sale items or products purchased during promotional periods may have different refund and exchange policies. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions associated with the sale or promotion.

6. Shipping and Handling:
